Classes are all-level and do not require the use of props. If you personally use a prop you will need to bring your own prop. We recommend using your own mat but some are available. YOU MUST CALL OR STOP IN VITAZEN TO RESERVE YOUR SPOT. You can pay at Vitazen $13 for a single class or $40 for 4 classes within one week.
